1. The website

oryro.solutions is the marketing site of Oryro, an AI automation agency. Content on this site is provided for general information about our services and doesn't constitute professional advice. Results described in case studies reflect specific client situations; your outcomes will depend on your processes, tools and volumes.

2. Service engagements

Automation services are provided under the plan you select or a separate written agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops future billing and pauses your workflows at the end of the billing period.
• We build workflows against the third-party tools and APIs you use. We're not responsible for changes, outages or pricing of those third-party services.
• You remain responsible for the business decisions your workflows execute. We design approval steps together and recommend keeping a human in the loop wherever an error would be costly.

3. Intellectual property

You keep full ownership of your data, accounts and content. Workflow configurations we build for you are yours to keep for as long as you're a client; our underlying tooling, templates and know-how remain ours.

4. Confidentiality

We treat your business data, credentials and processes as confidential and use them only to deliver the service.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oryro's total liability arising from the website or services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
