What counts as one workflow?
A workflow is one automated chain from a trigger to a result — for example, "new video → AI summary → email to my list." If it has one trigger and runs on its own, it's one workflow.
How long until it's live?
Most first workflows go live within a week of our call. More complex builds with several tool integrations can take two to three weeks; we'll tell you up front.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. You describe the task in plain language. We handle the tools, the connections and the AI, and we monitor everything in production.
What tools do you connect to?
The ones you already use — YouTube, Gmail, Shopify, Stripe, HubSpot, Notion, Slack, Google Sheets and many more. If it has an API, we can usually connect it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month to month. If you pause, your workflows stop running; when you come back, we switch them on again.
