From call recording to assigned tasks, automatically
Turning every meeting into clean notes and owned action items in your project tool — no more "who was taking notes?"
Every team has the same meeting problem: the discussion is good, the follow-through is luck. Somebody was supposed to take notes. The action items live in someone's head, a chat thread, and two different notebooks. A week later, half of them happened.
The workflow
- The call ends. The recording and transcript land automatically from Zoom, Meet or Teams.
- AI writes the notes. Not a transcript dump — a structured summary: decisions made, open questions, and who committed to what.
- Tasks are created and assigned. Each action item becomes a real task in Asana, Notion, Linear or your tool of choice, with an owner and a due date pulled from the conversation.
- The recap ships. Attendees get the summary in Slack or email within minutes, while the meeting is still fresh.
Details that make it stick
Assignment accuracy is what makes or breaks this. "Sarah will check with legal" has to become a task for the right Sarah, in the right project. We map your team roster and project structure up front so the workflow files things where they actually belong — and when it isn't sure, it asks in the recap thread instead of guessing.
It also compounds: because every meeting produces structured output, you get a searchable record of every decision — who made it, when, and why. That alone has settled more than one "we never agreed to that" debate for teams we work with. This workflow is part of our everyday automation collection, and it pairs naturally with inbox triage.
