An inbox that triages and drafts itself

Sorting the noise, surfacing what matters and drafting replies you only have to approve — for anyone drowning in email.

Email is the one job everyone has that nobody was hired for. If the first ninety minutes of your day go to sorting, skimming and replying, you're doing clerical work at your most productive hour.

An inbox triage workflow doesn't "manage your email" in the vague productivity-app sense. It does three concrete things, continuously, through the Gmail or Outlook API.

1. It sorts everything into lanes

Each incoming message is classified: needs a reply from you, needs a reply anyone could send, FYI only, newsletter, or noise. The classification uses context — who the sender is, what thread it belongs to, what you've done with similar mail before — not just keywords.

2. It drafts the replies that have patterns

Most replies you send are variations of twenty messages: scheduling, pricing questions, "here's the file again", polite declines. The workflow drafts those in your tone and leaves them in your drafts folder, threaded to the right conversation. You read, maybe tweak a line, and hit send.

You stop being your own secretary. You become the person who approves the secretary's work in one tap.

3. It escalates what actually matters

A message from a big client, a legal notice, an angry tone, a deadline in the text — these skip the lanes and ping you directly. The rules are yours; the workflow just applies them without ever getting tired or distracted.

Is this safe?

Nothing sends without your approval unless you explicitly allow a category to auto-send (most people eventually allow scheduling confirmations, nothing else). Every draft is logged. And because this is a workflow we build and monitor rather than an app you install, the escalation rules are shaped around your actual email, not a template.

One founder we work with put it simply: two and a half hours a day came back, and nothing important has been missed since. That's the entire pitch.
